Hey Hi, I'm Tilesh 👋

I'm a Software Engineer with 1+ year of professional experience, specializing in backend development with Node.js and TypeScript. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Mepco Schlenk Engineering College, Sivakasi.

In my professional journey, I've worked on designing and building scalable REST APIs, working with Prisma and Sequelize ORM, and managing relational databases with MySQL. I'm comfortable working in agile environments and have experience collaborating on projects using Jira. I care about writing clean, maintainable code and building systems that are reliable in production.

Beyond my day-to-day work, I've built a full-stack e-commerce platform from scratch — a Node.js and TypeScript REST API on the backend (with JWT authentication, Prisma ORM, OpenAPI docs, and modules for cart, orders, payments, inventory, and reviews) paired with a React and Redux frontend. This project reflects how I approach personal growth: by building things end-to-end to understand the full picture.

My technical interests span backend architecture, API design, and full-stack development. I'm always looking to pick up new tools and frameworks — currently expanding my frontend skills with React and Redux Toolkit.
